Chuck Schumer just purchased it for America

Here is Donald Trump’s love letter to Chuck Schumer, who has strengthened his hand, and given him a blank check to rampage forward until September:

Chuck Schumer and the feckless US Senate Democrats are not the cause of Donald Trump’s madness or extremism, but they are the reason it has faced no opposition in Washington, DC, and a crank Cabinet stands poised to smash everything in sight.

The MAGA wolf has set its sights on Social Security and Medicare.

There is no opposition beyond empty slogans.

This is disgraceful:

Chuck, you aren’t winning, and you won’t win.

When DNC Chairman Ken Martin announced his intentions of holding town halls in “red districts” — otherwise known as the United States — I wonder if he has thought through the answer to the Schumer question.

AOC summed up what happened perfectly:

There are members of Congress who have won Trump-held districts in some of the most difficult territory in the United States who walked the plank and took innumerable risks in order to defend the America people. Just to see Senate Democrats even consider acquiescing to Elon Musk, I think, is a huge slap in the face.

House Democrats understand what happened:

I think they're going to rue the day they made this decision. Voting against the CR after you vote to allow the bill on the floor, which is what I assume some of them are trying to be too clever in doing. Frankly, now I think this just gives license to Republicans to continue to dismantle the government. They now have the acquiescence of Senate Democrats.

— New York Rep. Joe Morelle

This is not a time to have a lack of clarity and lack of purpose. This is a time to be decisive about what you're going to do. Show the American people that we're going to stand up and fight for them in one of the very few opportunities that Democrats have to gain leverage over this administration."What happened was a moral collapse.

— New Mexico Rep. Gabe Vasquez

Now, Elon cannot be stopped until Trump throws him out of the White House, which seems like it will happen…but when?

According to Tara Palmeri at The Red Letter:

The tolerance for Elon Musk inside of the White House is wearing thin, as they deal with the fallout of his calamitous interview with Larry Kudlow when he touched the third rail – entitlements. Even though Trump’s staffers are terrified of Musk, they know that if you try to cut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, you die, politically speaking.

“It’s no longer simmering resistance, people are fucking furious,” said a source with knowledge of the situation.

“Medicaid is not just for Black people in the ghetto, these are our voters,” said a Republican operative close to the White House.

Until then, because of ‘lay down Chuck,’ DOGE has no resistance.

The situation is unacceptable and untenable.

The Capitol switch board number is 202-224-3121. I encourage you to call the offices of Chuck Schumer and Richard Durbin to express your outrage. Make clear your expectations of them. My expectations are clear: fight or step aside.

This is going to be a year when a great many terrible things happen in America.

Get ready to run for office. Get ready to stand up.

The American revolt of 2025 and 2026 will not be led by Democratic functionaries and opportunists from Washington, DC.

It will be bottom up. It will not be able to be contained and ridden by Washington geriatrics clinging to power through acts of submission, disappearance and daily incoherence.

Chuck Schumer does not understand this moment, and cannot meet it.

He is a cloistered man. He is out of touch, out of strength, out of fight, and out of his depth.

Donald Trump just flattened him.

Now, he will flatten millions more.

The United States Senate exists today as Trump’s Politburo.

It is a rubber stamp in one hand, and a quisling society on the other.

The senator who has most effectively spoken for the American opposition — beyond a limited number of Senate Democrats — over the last 53 days is Claude Malhuret of the French Republic:

It is time for a coalition from Bernie Sanders to Elise Slotkin to Cory Booker to Chris Murphy to take over. Depose the weak, the feeble and the dumb.

This is a moment for lions. The only thing that the American people see are Democratic sheep-grazing on Trump’s lawn.

Congrats again, Senator Schumer.

Trump couldn’t do what’s coming next without you.

For the record, this all happened on a day when Donald Trump sat in the Oval Office threatening Canada, Denmark and NATO, while licking Putin’s shoes.

Perhaps it would be best to break the debasement chain.

Perhaps the Senate Democratic leader shouldn’t be a bootlicker of any type.

He definitely shouldn’t lick the paw of the man who licks Putin’s boots. Right?

Get ready.

Surrender has a terrible price. Chuck Schumer just purchased it for America.
