Introduction by dmorista: The Corporate Controlled Media has commemorated the 1-year anniversary of more acute fighting, marking the date when the Russians intervened directly in Ukraine, in reality just a more severe part of the ongoing 9 year struggle between fascist forces and Russian speakers in Eastern and Southern Ukraine. They did this by indulging in an orgy of smug self-congratulation, triumphalism concerning the Fascist Coup Regime in Kiev, and more endless rounds of demonization of Russia (most of it personalized attacks on Vladimir Putin) and anybody else who opposes the U.S. / NATO / E.U. agenda. That agenda is a program of extremely aggressive actions towards Russia using Ukraine now and other Eastern European nations previousy (and in the background, presaging the looming possible war with China, a complete other set of self-congratulation, triumphalism and demonization pieces).
There is no significant counterpoint to the always pro-imperialist and frequently blatantly pro-fascist slant of the Corporate Controlled Media and their 1,500 hate radio stations (controlled now by a mere 5 companies); except for some shows on Free Speech TV and Link TV, and a few radio shows on the internet and on subscription pay radio, mostly on SiriusXM. However, there is a wide range of dissenting opinions on the internet. Here below I provide links to 4 podcasts of video discussions. Three are to Left Lens shows and one is to a The Freedom Side, BreakThrough News show.
These shows discuss the reality of such issues as; the harsh repression in Ukraine (whose Fascist EuroMaidan Coup regime is just assumed to be the finest liberal democracy by the Corporate Controlled Media); the growing shortage of arms and ammunition for Ukrainian Coup Government military forces and the inability of the Western deindustrialized Finance Capital dominated regimes to produce expeditiously; the growing solidarity of the nations of The Global South with Russia and their nearly complete unwillingness to participate in the economic sanctions or to provide weapons for the Ukraine Coup Regime. Some analysts now write that China has more industrial capacity than the U.S. and the E.U. combined. If a long-term war of attrition is to be waged on the Earth the forces that are supplied by China will have a significante advantage, similar to the allies in WW 2 that were supplied with many weapons by the then Industrial Behemoth, the U.S. of the mid-twentieth century.
Note that entries 1 and 2 are closely related. The entire 21:40 minutes of entry 1 are repeated nearly exactly in the first 26 minutes of entry 2. In the remaining 1 hour and 8 minutes, of entry 2, Brian Berletic and Danny Haiphong discuss the Ukraine situation in more depth and look at some other consequences of the U.S. / NATO proxy war in Ukraine.
