Introduction by dmorista:

The supposedly free press of the U.S. is full of triumphalist reports of Ukrainian military exploits. The referenda in the 4 regions of Eastern Ukraine are routinely referred to as Sham Refereda; Putin is constantly demonized and Zelensky is just as constantly lionized; the Ukrainian military is portrayed as valiant defenders of the realm and the well-known fascist elements that dominate the Ukrainian government and military are never discussed; the multi-billion dollars worth of weapons supplied to Ukraine and the ongoing sharing of U.S. / NATO satellite and other intelligence data with the Ukrainian military are rarely mentioned; the role of the over 20,000 Western Mercenaries (the best such forces the Western Capitalists possess) in the current Ukrainian military establishment is never mentioned; and the fact that 14,000 - 16,000 Ethnic Russians were killed in their defense of Donetsk and Luhansk are not mentioned either. The facts about the Post 2014 Euromaidan Coup, and the immediate moves to make speaking Russian a crime, and the burning of the Union Headquarters building in Odessa, in May of 2014 where at least 50 people died, never make it into the propaganda and disinformation constantly peddled to the American people.

Scott Ritter is one voice who presents an alternative point of view and interpretation of the facts. While he does not have a lucrative contract with a major Corporate Controlled Media outlet, like the many retired generals and CIA operatives who appear on those outlets; Ritter presents a very different set of opinions about what is going on in Ukraine. He talks for a bit over 45 minutes discussing the situation in Ukraine as of yesterday.
